Please read them carefully before making an appointment or using our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General Information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The website is owned and operated by\u00a0<strong>\u00a0Tattoo in Tokyo\u00a0 Studio<\/strong>, Tokyo, Japan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All content, including tattoo designs and images, is protected by copyright.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to update or modify these terms anytime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Age Requirement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be\u00a0<strong>18 years or older<\/strong>\u00a0to get a tattoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid government ID is required for all clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Booking &amp; Deposits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>non-refundable deposit<\/strong>\u00a0is required to confirm your tattoo appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposits will be reduced from the final tattoo price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you fail to attend without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited (no refund).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rescheduling &amp; Cancellations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must give\u00a0<strong>at least 48 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong>\u00a0for rescheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last-minute cancellations may result in losing your deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full details are in our\u00a0<strong>Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Health &amp; Safety<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must disclose any\u00a0<strong>medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities<\/strong>\u00a0before the appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have the right to refuse service if it\u2019s unsafe to proceed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All equipment is\u00a0<strong>single-use &amp; sterilized<\/strong>\u00a0following strict hygiene standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tattoo Healing &amp; Aftercare<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proper aftercare is the client\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are\u00a0<strong>not responsible for tattoo fading or damage<\/strong>\u00a0caused by improper healing or neglect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Copyright &amp; Ownership<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All tattoo designs created by\u00a0<strong>Mangesh Rane<\/strong>\u00a0remain the artist\u2019s intellectual property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may not copy, reproduce, or sell the designs without written consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Website Usage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may not misuse this website or attempt to harm its functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External links, like Instagram\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/mangesh_2101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">@mangesh_2101<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and Facebook\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/mangesh.rane.94\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mangesh Rane<\/a><\/strong>, are provided for convenience.
